These calendars allows you to identify available appointment slots in Santa’s calendar and to request an in-person visit quote. Some blocked slots are flexible, especially those with SOFT or TENT in the name (tentative booking) so if you don’t see availability for the time you need, please email us or use the web-form below. Events marked FIRM are firm bookings and there is no need to inquire about those.
Note that there are different date ranges depending on where the event is to take place. Please do not request a NC slot if your event will take place in FL, or vice versa. Please also check our coverage maps to see if there might be a separate fee for travel time. Use the web-form below to request a quote for the desired slot. A quote request is not a booking, but it does temporarily reserve your slot until the booking is made and retainer collected (see Booking FAQ). Santa will contact you to firm-up the details.
